Ottoman Cintemani and Kilim Patterned Double Sided Peshtemal and Beach Towel

Hello, I am Turkish Hamam Peshtemal. I am double-sided and produced in an ethnic and modern style. I am designed by my designer Tansel Baybara as a beach peshtemal and towel with cotton peshtemal woven with kilim patterns on karatezgah and Ottoman Çintemani patterned writing fabric. I am produced with housewives living in different provinces of Turkey with the social responsibility understanding of my designer and Design Storyteller to create a sustainable economy and protect cultural values. You can also call me a double-sided or multi-colored peshtemal. My weaving side was woven by women in Denizli, Turkey with 100% cotton on a karatezgah. The other side with Ottoman Çintemani pattern with 100% cotton writing fabric was printed with screen printing technique in Bursa. Therefore, when you wash me, my colors do not fade or discolor. My hand-woven peshtemal and writing fabric produced in two different places; by women in our designer Tansel Baybara’s Design Storyteller workshop stitched together and finalized. I absorb water easily, can be easily machine washed at 30 degrees and dry fast. I measure 95×175 cm, weigh 0.384 grams and have blue and green colors. I can stay alive in your life for a long time without my colors ever fading. I am part of the collection of peshtemal, one of the cultural products of Design Storyteller. You can use me comfortably on the beach, in the pool, in the hammam, by the water, at the spa, in yoga.
